Power steering leak

Hi folks

Hope someone can help.

My 75 CJ Chrysler is at the garage with a leak out of the steering box, too tricky for me and the mechanic is looking for advice on removing the steering box. With a mirror he has found the leak out of a (Pressure?) valve. He thinks the steering box comes out from below and that to do so he would need to remove the torsion bar.

Does anyone have experience or know if this is what is required to remove the steering box? My mechanic would appreciate any tips and my wallet would also appreciate any easier way of getting the leak sorted!
