Compressed-Air Supercharging
The closer you are to death the more alive you are
Re: Compressed-Air Supercharging
pretty cool...literally
however thats a 2014 article so i guess their predictions of a retail ready system and massive uptake were a bit premature
worry about pressurised bottles in a car and of course the weight i have no idea how much of a risk compressed air is when compared with compressed nitrous or LPG
i know the pressure varies widely between different gases. nitrous and Co2 bottles have to be much higher rated pressure
i'm guessing air probably less....

Cool article/video, typical engineers who want to do it to prove it, rather than as much money can be made ... Downside is the refilling, but if there was enough market, I’m sure fillers would turn up at tracks
