Just to say thanks to all involved this year-a great weekend both socially and racing.
A new pb on friday for me in the dart of 13.54@100.83 mph.
I thought the whole weekend was very laid back and grass roots like it used to be and the weather helped of course !
cheers,Longshot :thumbright:

Couldn't agree more, Dave :D

We all had a brilliant weekend thanks to all the hard work and time dedicated behind the scenes to organise such an event.

Also had a string of PB's and finally got the Dart into the 11's with 11.85 @111.92 mph and Luke ran 14.5 in the Demon on his first go on his own :thumbright: I only managed 14.4 and I've been driving it for 7 years  Mind you, he weighs the same as one of my legs so he should be 14.0

Definitely a cool laid back vibe 8-) which was what I needed. It's events like these that stop me umming and aaahing about cars and reminds me to take time out and enjoy :)

Back to the good old days was a cracking weekend, our camp had a blast, regular people need to get a grip and chance the weather I am convinced due to previous yrs bad weather that is why numbers are down at this event,, use it or lose it, and that's not a good thought, its our premier event Dragstalgia a close second now,,

Big up to the Main men that sort this thank you for sticking with it The Watts shop,, 8-) 8-) 8-)

Great weekend all round. Only wished it was longer !!!

Love that picture, Dunc :thumbright: Reminds me of my first wheels up and that was with my lad as passenger. Not in your league of cars mate but air under both wheels is still a wheelie in my book

Cracking event.
We only managed 1 day this year, but felt that the sparkle that had been lacking the last couple of years was well and truely back.
Had a little success with the car following a slew of mods over the last 12 months. We managed to bring our ET down from a glacial 18.4 to a backed up 15.55 @ 88/89 mph so we're hanging with the slower big block cars now which I'm very happy about.
Nice to catch up with some of you. Particularly enjoyed finally catching up with Mr Watts properly and getting to hear the storys behind the duster and the pinto race cars.

Can't wait for next year!

What a fantastic event this year,
The mopar sun gods we’re shinning on us.
Just imagine how good this event could be if everyone who owned a mopar actually drove it or even trailers it to the pod, projects as well.
One of the highlights for me was the stunning dodge belonging to vince Donald, what an absolute peach of a car and with a Kieth black hemi under the hood. The guy deserves a medal for all his work.cant believe it never even got a mention.

Richard.
