I think I am still banned in some setting somewhere, when I search the group on facebook I just get

Just picked up on this and been through the admin reccords.
Don't know why you were banned - you shouldn't have been. However, the mod in question was a new appointment. Perhaps we can put it down to zeal and enthusiasm.
You're quite welcome to post what you like. Your post was within the spirit of the rules and I have no problem with it. So long as posts are mopar related, however tenuously linked, then it's all good.
You are welcome to rejoin UKMopars if you wish.

For clarification, there is, nor has there ever been, any beef between the MMA and UK Mopars.
There is no "us" and "them".
I was appointed as an admin on both the UK Mopars group by Rick and by Pete Wiseman on the MMA facebook group. It would be impossible for me to do both if there were any type of conflict.

I use my real name on bookface; Jonathan Moulds, so if anyone requires assistance on either group I'm happy to do what I can to help or prod you in the direction of someone with better answers than I can offer.
