The trim is probably worth a bit.

Thats simply amazing... Mind you, if it were a gen2 Charger or a fastback mustang someone would put a £10,000 'buy it now'...

Later on he decides its not a 3.0V6 granada but a 2.0V4 Consul.
Most of the questions seem to be about the steering wheel - seems these are a bit rocking horse poo. Thats a lot of rust to shift just to get a steering wheel !

yep and the 'multi function' column stalk and the what look like unfaded rear light lenses, there's a ton of good spares that these days are very expensive to buy. if you're restoring one you won't need a sheet metal doner, just everything else. then once finished you can sell on or hoard the remaining parts as spares. classic ford cars/parts are as valuable as old mopars, lol.
neil.

That is something my brother learned the hard way. I'm not going to get into the gritty details, but it was a "facepalm" moment for him.

That was my initial thought....some bidders have spotted a little bracket made of unobtainium in one of the pics. Only takes a few bits to be worth a hundred quid or so each and suddenly it becomes an attractive buy
