If anyone that is parking with the MMA at American Speedfest has had and email about what gate to come through, ignore it and come in through the main gate. :-#

A great day on Saturday at "Speedfest" and only one light shower - I got sunburned!!!

BUT:

HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP! HELP!

The Polara has an issue with its rear Shock, resulting on the rear tyre rubbing badly on the bodywork...

Does anyone have an electric Air Compressor in the hope that I can pump the rear shock for increased clearance so we can get home safely!!!!

Thanks

Pete

Hi there, Rob.

That is a very kind offer, thanks.

The car has over-sized rear tyres fitted (not by me!!!) and therefore it has Air shocks fitted (again not by me, but they are a necessary evil) so I need to retain these to increase the ride height an thus tyre clearance as a temporary measure to get home safely.

I have been lazy and focussed on the Challenger, but I did not realise there was such an issue. I will fit narrower tyres for clearance and fit conventional shocks then.

Thanks once again,
Pete

No worries

Just a thought and never having air shocks, will a elec car tyre pump work (if it had the right fitting)
