Still undertaking the refresh on my Coronet Steve, but mild weather here in Cornwall means I usually drive mine all year round.

Hi Miles, same here, the miroclimate in South West Scotland is very mild so we rarely get snow. Thankfully, the roads where I am are never salted so it's looking good for continued year round use :thumbright:

I thought cornwall roads were too tight for american cars? Good to hear I was wrong. I want to be working on my car during my free time but have to wait until spring.

Went for a burble out to Jims last weekend to pick up some trim bits and have a cup of tea. Seemed to like the cool air and back before the rain came.

I’ll go for a drive on dry days and keep it ticking over through the winter, unless I get brave and decide it’s time to pull the motor and trans in the new year.

Why do you want to pull the drivetrain on a working car?

If you're going to pull it do it a bit sharpish, it will be April before you know it!

Got several small leaks, one from the back and the sump needs sorting, plus I bodge fixed the trans leak, but have a new ali pan for it and planned to helicoil the offending corner. Trans is leaking from the rear too now. :help:

If you’re going to pull the trans you could always drop it down to me if you wanted it going over…

Blue has to pass it on the way to the SoD....
