Did this with my brother who came down from the Hebrides for this event.
We went over a couple of days earlier so we could have a bit of sightseeing before the weekends events, catching the 2am sailing from Heysham. Weather wasn't the best for the event, Friday being very wet but it did dry up in the afternoon's on Saturday and Sunday.
The organisation by SCT was spot on with plenty of clear instructions and guidance.
Fridays run up the "Sloc" was great fun and we did our 2 runs. The Jurby museums were full of interesting vehicles with a couple of one of's.
Saturday's show on Douglas promenade pulled quite a crowd especially once it dried up.
Sundays parade around the TT course was a great to be a part of with an estimated 200+ vehicles taking part, my brother didn't think he'd ever waved to so many people.
Would definitely be up to do it again sometime time.
