I'll give you a tip for adjusting the handbrake. Loosen off the cable until it's well floppy. Adjust up the back brakes until they lock solid and then back off a few clicks until the wheels turn with just a little drag. Then adjust up the handbrake cable until there is just a little slack in it and pull it up to see that it locks the wheels. That should do it....

if you take out the passenger seat you dont need a door handle :D
