I don't how much they are or there durability, but have read good reports on vacuum bubbles. Ones I have read about, have been used on vehicles stored in old barns,etc,etcIan Z wrote:What kind of garage/storage solutions do you guysngals use?

Ian, I've kept my Challenger in an outdoor Carcoon for the last 7 or 8 years. I'm on my second one now, they last about 5 or 6 years. They really work well and because it's constantly circulating air, it stops condensation etc. The only problem is that it's a bit of a palaver getting the car in and out, not something you want to be doing regularly but great for storage.

Martin, do you have the carcoon outside and exposed - was worried about extreme weather (and kids/squirrels/vandals).
Last time I looked they were about £500/600 mark?

Yes Ian, as you can see mine is outside on my drive and always has been. the first one I had suffered from cats jumping on it which put holes in it. I tried a BB gun, creosote and ultrasonic cat scarers but the best answer was an electric fence! 
I don't even turn it on now. Having said that, even with several holes in it, it still stayed inflated. Snow will flatten it but if you leave an electric fan heater in it, the snow will melt. In the end the material deteriorates and it will fall, apart. I bought another. I buy the largest stock size they do and it fits and E body with overriders and a B body. I'll have to check how much it cost.
They do interior ones as well.
