Mate, the suspension and axle are going to be black. There is no point me being a slave to originality down there - I had the stripe painted on :lol: :lol:


I'll have to catch up with you when you are up front. I got a cab permit and a vest :lol:

It will be as original as I can get it mate, but I think the rear anti-roll bar and painted stripe will undo the detail.

I am not bothered though :D

I think originality is only gonna work if the car is gonna be completely bog. If not then is it worth losing sleep over the wrong colour foo foo valve?

I don't mean to be a complete tart, but i have just been back over my pics of the old gal in paint, and I am SO happy with it. I just love it to bits. :D

Here are some more pics of progress. She's still looking fantastic, and now, so are the parts to go back on her. These pis are of suspension components, and later, door scoops, hood latch panel, battery tray etc.


The trunk lid is just gorgeous.


chuffed to bits with the work the team are doing to the car - couldn't ask for better. :D :D :D :D :D
