Have had a bit of bother with one of the headlight bezels.
The passenger side has taken a couple of hits over the years. One from Linda swinging into a tight gate and one from a MOT guy in his own garage. It is easily done with a Challenger that has the power bulge hood because you can't see the passenger fender at all.
Anyway. It was professionally repaired.
Of course on this last re-spray my body man did a nice job of making the fender as good as possible and did a much better job than the repair lot had done.
However. Now I have come to fit the headlight bezel, the amount of damage done to it has been made a lot more obvious.
See photo.

These are NOS bezels I bought in 1989 when they were still available.
There are only reproductions available now which I have heard are not great quality.
Plus I am skint.
So I have done the best I can with what I have got.
I ran out of black paint so need to buy some to touch up the scratches. My sheet metal screw in the corner of the trim pulled though the hole so I have had to stick a large head screw in there for now. Hopefully i can repair it enough for a smaller screw.
