Not for me to say Stu!

But I know when I go see Roydon, he gets that little look in his eye and starts talking about other parts to work on!

Wondered if the "Deception" comment on another thread was a giveaway. ;)

Made it there in the end :D

Ran an 11.9 on its first shakedown run, then a 12.0 and 12.1, and then an 11.8.
Realised on sunday it wasn't firing on one cylinder. Fixed it and went out and did one run of 11.3 @ 116mph.

RWYB day next.

Yep Roydon, Nana Pete and the team, I didn't have a chance to come over to have a proper chat, you guys did a great job.

The car looked cool, sounded great and it's a credit to all of you...the Wise one looked suspiciously at home in those green overalls too, I think he's been moonlighting at Hausers in an effort to learn a few tricks ;)
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

Well, at the HRD's the Plodge finally DID manage to run a 10 on the motor (Well, actually the second time at the track and about its 7th run in total, so not too bad).

It ran a 10.90 @ 119mph. 60 foots are quite good at a consistent 1.51 but it lacks top end.

A bit "lively" on the track but a little suspension tuning seemed to sort that for the moment.

Had the last run of the day on the Nitrous, problem off the line as it appeared to jump out of gear, ran a 2.8 60 foot time and then a 12.50 but at 120mph

It appears the gas does make quite a bit of difference.....

More track time required...........

We have not even changed the jetting or timing yet.....
