Aw Anton you are making me feel guilty now.
I know I gotta take the grill out of mine at some point and tidy her up, but every time I look at it I decide the bolts are too hard to get at. Then BANG - you have the whole thing off and blasted in 2 pics... !
Great work - enjoying this one.

PS - Good move to do the brake pipes when out - wish I had. Its a right pain with all in situ !
"Cum homine de cane debeo congredi." Woof.

Current Charger status - "Working and awesome" \:D/

This is a bit of an update on what I have done this week so far.
I have been going to my garage where I keep the car each morning this week for one hour before I go to work to make a bit of progress on the car. On Monday morning I started to strip the front of the rad panel but I didn't finish so I had Bananarama! on Tuesday morning. On Wednesday morning I cleaned the panel and primed it and the used a hot air gun to dry the primed ready to apply the top coat on Thursday. This morning I put the top coat on and man what a difference. I am very pleased with the results. I have also made the decision to paint my engine bay as I have put so much effort into the rest of the pieces that the engine bay will look tatty.
I gave Derek my valance panel and he took it to Ali Went today and the analyzed the paint and mixe dmy up a batch and once I have prepped the engine Derek and I will paint it. I also stripped the rest of the bits out of the engine bay including the steering column.

I had a nice suprise when I got home the other night , as my latest delivery from Ron Fenton had arrived. I ordered a set of Stainless Steel exhaust tips, fuel cap and trim rind and a set of A pillar mouldings. I installed the fuel cap today and it looks great.

I spent a few hours this morning stripping all the old tape off all my harnesses in the engine bay and fixed a few bits that I wasn't happy with and then re-taped it all back up and now they look like new.
I also managed to get into the garage for bit today and that allowed me to weld the LCA plates I made to the LCA and they came out great and know every thing is ready to be powder coated so I will drop all my bits off on Monday.

As the lower ball joint mounting in the lower control arm is only riveted in place I decided to weld it in place to reduce and chance of movement, so hopefully now my LCA will be very stiff and stable.

I dropped all my bits to the powder coater on Tuesday morning and when I call yesterday he said he was a good way through my stuff and that he may have it done by Friday which will be good.

Yesterday I started stripping the paint off the engine bay and I have got alot done. Hopefully I will have it done by tomorrow ready for painting on Saturday.
