I picked up the short block for my Procharged motor tonight.
So far:
Block a line bored and fitted with ceramic coated blower pistons +55, rotaing assembly all balanced and fitted with a girdle. Custom grind Racer Brown cam fitted.

Compression will be 8.5:1, not sure what boost it will make as I don't have any flow numbers on the heads. The heads are Mopar performance stage VI, they came from Paul Manders Plymouth Arrow.
The Procharger is the F1-R with water and methanol injection.
Carb is an 850 blow through built by BLP being fed by an Aerospace 400 fuel pump.

You don't have to worry too much about head flow when using boost.

With the water and methanol injection as well as an intercooler you should be able to run 24lbs of boost easy. :shock:

I'm not using an intercooler, the water/meth has 2 pumps, 1 on low boost then the 2nd coming in at 14psi

14 - 16 psi is probably going to be your limit then. That still means getting on for nearly double the power over N/A though. :thumbright:

Acorrding to Bob at The Supercharger store it will make 1000hp

I didn't get from them, just asked him for some tips on compression ect. very helpfull even though I'm not a customer :thumbright:
