Was worried about space in engine bay with blower belt
So I mounted the rad in front of the slam panel
I had to massage the front panel lip down and drill 2 large holes

Have you thought how you are going to support the centre of the grill and if the bonnet slam panel will fit with the rad in that location

Slam panel fits perfect grill support will need some magic
Man versus plastic man wins
Final dash mold is made its a bit rippled but I made it in a garage with heat guns and a router !
I have lost all finger prints it was so hot
All done turned it over on the table and scratched it
It's not deep so have orders some persex polish

I replaced the Original steering UJ thing with a real UJ
I got this from Hauser racing
There are a few Pitch of spline option available in this size as i found out
I used part. SWE401-50607
I found that if i cut the original steering shalf in the middle of hole the length was perfect.
This fits directly onto the spline shaft on the steering box
There was some talk about this being a bad thing as there is no up and down movement like the original had so do your own research ( possible steering box wear as car Flexes)
Then welder on full blast and she is on
