Hi, going to the pod tomorrow do i just need my membership card to get member discount day ticket rate , cheers mitch

To get discount you need to hand in the discount form ( p 10 connected mag (iss73))
Your membership card alone will not get you discount,.....is speak from experience!!!!!!

RE your post about the Caravan Club and MMA members at last minute only getting £5.00 off the weekend ticket and a discount off the daily rate, which you never mentioned.
Having contacted the Caravan Club, they have no designated camping site in Northamaptonshire. Having contacted Santa Pod there is NO AGREEMENT with the Caravan Club regarding any discounts.
To join the Caravan Club a fee of £44.00 is paid and required for membership. Having contacted the Caravan Club Officials they would like to know where you gained this information, including names/address/ contact numbers etc Also please give an address so the Caravan Club can contact you regarding your concerns. Please also if found your post is incorrect, please re post with the facts and an apology.
Please note I am only trying to protect the GOOD name of the MoparEuronats and just wish that the truth is posted out to the public and not any miss representation.
Howevwer I may be wrong and would like your explanation in posting such facts.

"Q: Do Caravan Club members get discount?
A: Yes, Caravan Club members get a 20% discount off admission tickets which must be booked in advance directly with Box Office and are eligible only for Santa Pod organised events. These tickets will be left on the gate for collection at the advance ticket booth where you will need to show your CC membership card in order to collect them. If you do not have your membership card unfortunately you will have to pay full price on the day. This discount does not apply to grandstand seats or 3rd party organised events and cannot be used in conjunction with any other credit offer."

Thank you for clearing this issue up, 3rd Party Events ie such as Mopareuronats an independant show are not ledgible for the Caravan Club discount.

Sorry Tony, not trying to stir anything - just reporting what I'd been told.

Our mate Paul got in this year with discount from the Caravan Club, and paid the same £32 that we did, from using the Pod's earlybird offer back in January.

Paul is a joint MMA member with Stu and usually uses the discount form to get £5 off, so when we offered him the form this time, he said he's already sorted his tickets with our other mate Andy who was there with us in his caravan.

And as mentioned above, they had to collect their tickets from the gate after showing a valid CC membership card.

If they shouldn't have got the discount, because the 'nats is an independent show, that's down to the box office and they should be told for next year

Just don't tell anyone I said so
