I'd run a loop in each fuel line, that should sort out any flexing issues!
The pump don’t work coz the vandals took the handles.

I ran 1/2" alloy hard lines from pump to that part of the chassis, then ran flexi under the chassis, then back into hard lines up to fuel regulator mounted on the firewall then flexi to the carb :thumbright: :thumbright: :thumbright:

I used 5/8 stainless steel Tube and made hard lines for the engine bay.

A lot of work you have done there Will :thumbright:

Will you be having a filter before the rail ? if not, you may want to consider, as injectors don't like particles of dirt.

Next up I made a silly mistake. I tried to silver solder some AN-10 fittings onto my heater matrix’s.
I did this with a blow torch this took so long to get the fitting up to temperature it melted most of the solder in my heater matrix.

So I took it to my very good friend David and he fixed it. The trick was oxy acetylene would get a very localized area very hot fast so not affecting other parts of the matrix’s.

Initially low pressure testing and finally high pressure testing with Nitrogen at 2.5Bar -36Psi

A very funny night
