Sorry to hear that mate, lost my mum 18 months ago as well.

Felt a bit cheated as she was only 68 so I can't imagine how you must feel.

You may go on autopilot for a while, nothing wrong with that and everyone deals with things differently.

Just take your time with things

Thanks for all the kind words in regards about my Mum,much appreciated from you all, really means a lot. It's not been easy but slowly coming to terms with it all more now.

Thought i would share a few pics of my recent purchase for the Fury...a series correct original 1980's Cobra 19X. I won this on ebay for only £8.50 which i thought was a pretty good deal!! :thumbright:

Sorry to hear that Danny, Christ no age at all! 5 years younger than me!

Nice score on the radio..... I have a few vintage CB radios, ranging from 60's to 80's. But I only collect SSB versions.

Oh, I would say around 10. Just picked up a series 1 president Grant. They are getting hard to find now. Also have a really rare Japanese Panasonic with all the original extras that shipped with it. They are all boxed up in the spare room. No space here to display. Too many people living here! LOL!
