Scraping off underseal, not my favourite job but most of the front end done now...

Looks like the underseal did it's job,nice clean metal Blue :thumbright:

Yep, nice shiny paint under most of it, and quite thick in places, 3 or 4lb's worth on this section I reckon. I'll scape the whole underside eventually, doing it in sections to avoid driving myself round the twist.

Out of interest Blue. Will you be sealing the bare metal with anything ?
If you are , I take it will be lightweight. Gibbs ?

Knowing Blue he's probably found some Helium based paint.

Tiger seal the seams and then a light coat of stone chip, unless I can find anything helium based....

yeah but if you put holes in them you can also make them lighter
