looks all in good order,well it's got a roof in one piece.
Wonderful people these solicitors,

Mine took ages with fathers estate,then when it came to selling the house just before completion my solicitor retired and handed the job to another firm.

Now I'm in the process of buying 4 beds/2 barns/3.5 acres for renovation,here the seller is a job to deal with.

I moved in Feb last year.......The financial hangover is still ongoing and is gonna take a while yet to sort!

Asset rich cash poor I think they call it.......
Just wish I had more disposable to get my car done quicker!!
