A lot of people, mostly white apologists forget that the 'White' Slavers where either unable to enter the interior of Africa, they relied upon the Blacks selling their fellow blacks to them at Slave Blocks along the coast.

Nobody, feels the need to mention the Northern African Slave Trade these days as its not too PC.

Remember slavery? Have you seen all those lovely big posh buildings in Liverpool for example, built with sugar plantation money, grown and harvested by men our country stole from Africa and brutalised for profit.

Those families who became rich off the backs of others still control the majority of the wealth in this country. They control the majority of the press and the government.

But hey, you go on lazily blaming the victims, they're the easy target :thumbright:
A lot of slaves were sold by there own african chiefs, also the corsairs took white slaves from Cornwall.

I suppose we owe for the crusades as well ? Maybe the Danes, the normans and the vikings should give us cash and a grovelling apology for having the audacity to invade us.

Proportional representation will come.

A tactical vote by the masses in my opinion - lots of potential UKIP voters opted for the conservatives as if they had have voted for UKIP Mr Cameron would have lost seats therefore decreasing the amount of conservative MP's in Westminster. If that would have happened Labour could have possibly formed a coalition with the SNP and we would have been eating shlt from the Krankies for the next 5 yrs.

Labours strength along with the lib dems has now weakened due to the resignation of the 2 leaders. Farage shouldn't have resigned but I'm sure he will be re-elected as leader. If this happens their strength and popularity will grow for sure.

I'm happy with the Conservatives getting in - their are to many left wing nutters in Labour who want to fukc this country sideways.

UKIP showed the largest growth of any single party in this election with a 13% share of all votes in the UK.

Actually that pretty much sums it up.
Snp getting into a position where they could wag the dog would have been terrifying.

Interesting read and yes the Conservatives are in and govern by themselves now so let's see what happens in the next 5 years, may be then people understand about the voting system not being the best.

But people don't have that much power to change the system, only an MP.
