Hi people
my wife Liz is doing the 3 Peaks challenge in aid of St Johns Ambulance
i know most of you wouldn't know her from Adam but if you had the urge to donate to St Johns Ambulance you might consider sponsorship of Liz and her merry band of fellow walkers/drivers.
as part of training they have done scafell and snowdon in a weekend and snowdon twice in one day...
i stayed at home and watched the telly....
if you donate I'm happy to watch some more
