Not so much of a find... Just went to see my brothers car the other day. Been off the road since 2000!! couple of hours and it was running fine though. Hoping he'll get it back on the road this year

Its tip top.. Used to love going out in it when I was a kid. Have to say, its not deteriorated much...if at all. I'm going to encourage him to use it this year, but guess we'll have to see

Bingo!!

first time I saw it , was at hickstead 1993
couple of years later , was stuck in bumper to bumper traffic , in rainham high street one morning , with the window down & heard a v8 , thought sure it sounded like a 440 , looked around nothing , then the car behind me turned off , & there it was

oh right , small world , im in walderslade . there use to be a few mopars in & around medway towns back then ,
use to see a bronze 68 charger , a number of times in the early 90s , saw it some years later on the Gravesend road , painted yellow with a black hood with a scoop , there was a yellow 72 or 3 or 4 :? challenger & a black 67-or 8 or 9 Barracuda , both in rainham , an abody barracuda under a trap , in lower gillingham , & a sublime 69 charger , the I use to see now & again , coming back from the pod one sunday afternoon early 90s saw a b5 or 3 70 charger on the back of a recovery truck , been a f , partially stripped going through strood high street , few c bodies too , also about 1987 time there was a bronze 69 charger R/T four speed forsale somewhere in medway , so the south east trader read , phoned it up , it was sold , think the guy said it was in chatham . sorry of going off track & a sort of hijack , I get a bit carried away when mopars are involved haha :thumbright: :occasion5:

Nice one Rob! I was there...really enjoyed it!
And Steveo!! I grew up in Walderslade! PM me where abouts!!
I remember the bronze charger...and the repaint. Cant remember the guys name, but I'm pretty sure it met its end in a head on :(
I also remember the Barracuda in Gillinham. Did look at buying it once in about 98 I think,
Small world.
Surprised you didn't mention Andy's plum crazy 68 Coronet that has been in Walderslade for last 15 years or more. :thumbright:
