Hey Aitch,
This is where it's at. Can't beat a bit of fire up road socialising! We're the backbone of the sport/lowest of the low, depending on your take, but we're out there havin' a ball and hopefully, not breakin' too much.
I keep trying to post some photos of my car, but every time I do, it blows me out. Says that the file is too big, or some such... (not good enough!!!).

Pod next year.
Will keep an eye out for you and the car. I only live in Rushden, so El Poddo is very handy for me and us local Moparists.
Hi Terry, good to hear from you and thanks for posting a few old photos of the car. I've seen the one with the bonnet up in gold before but not seen it in all black and launching of the line. Anything you can tell me about the car, particularly the engine, i.e cam spec, what heads, lifters etc would be greatly appreciatedterryr wrote:Sanitized,,,lol, great car miss it alot
Cant really tell you alot about the engine,as I bought it as a running mtr,and never needed to pull it apart,400 block 440 crank, solid cam, crane adjustable rocker gear ,ported 906 heads, its very high on compression, about 12.2.1,I always run optimax ,got a tci streetfighter vertor, reverse pattern manual box .built by duncan,4.10 gears, strange shafts, the engine really was a screamer with the tunnel ram I had on it,,went 11.2,with a bit of gas,,I tried a couple of 4 barrels on it and they were not thaht good, seemed to like plenty of cfmAitch wrote:Hi Terry, good to hear from you and thanks for posting a few old photos of the car. Thanks Terry. I'd been told it was a 400 block with 440 crank but that was about it, at least I know a little more about what I've got now.
