Times square crash

Anyone seen the CCTV of the crash. I was there last year and have said to people the place is gridlocked most of the time, can't see how you could get up any speed.
Having seen it, jeez I'm surprised there wasn't more killed.
Drugged up scumbag.

I have been a few times, im amazed anyone is able to get more than 5mph down any road in NYC. I Did read a comment yesterday though, "it says something when you are glad it was just a drunk driver, rather than a terror attach" as awful as it is, id have to agree.
