Car was for sale here on the board last year, decent original car, tried to buy it myself. Belongs to Luke at Diesel Pump UK now, specialises in performance Merc diesels

We followed this into the Roadkill event last year.
My wife and I looked at one another and said "thats running a bit rich". Didn't realise it was a diesel at the time...

I heard this was a temporary thing until he's had a performance Mopar engine built.

It probably goes quite well, bags or torque and drives real nice.
But a diesel.... In a charger... its just ... "wrong".

i cant imagine this is temporary is it ? surely it would be easier to build a 'correct' motor for it ...

At least he’ll have a reasoned response to the perennial fuel consumption questioning you experience with a Yank motor.

I usually say 'about 10' and wait for the face-scrunch and the whistle of air-through-teeth. Its that predictable...
