Starter motor problem

Went to cahange starter motor today and can’t get it past the headers also can’t get the headers off is it best to lift the engine to make room or is there a trick I’m missing cheers graham 67 Plymouth satilite by the way

yep

lift engine and see if it wiggle out
if you can't get it out off with the headers

I’ve unbolted headers and there is no room to get headers out or make room to get starter out it’s mad. My next move was to lift motor off the mount and pray that’s enough just hoped I might be being thick and there was a better way cheers graham

I popped a torsion bar out and it came out with minor header wiggling from below ( mini starter)
"Cum homine de cane debeo congredi." Woof.

Current Charger status - "Working and awesome" \:D/

Cheers it is a mini starter so that will be plan B just need to find some time now
