A massive amount of time went into the jig which was frustrating

Hoping that having a truly level jig will allow me to bolt fixtures on and take measurements quickly from reference holes and lines

Have decided I have made a big mistake here.

The turbo should be rotated 90°this will allow me to use Ram air but more importantly take the air from areas of high pressure to reduce aerodynamic drag.

So Iater I will adapt the turbo manifold

Have decided that maybe wood isn't the best ideas and will use steel tube.

I got some scrap metal to build a frame purely to represent the shape and get comfortable on it.

This will allow me to mock up a frame and finalize design Without cutting up expensive tube

Have decided that the frame will be as small and as lean as possible.

Later bodywork can support rider

Having decided on frame Width I started building fixtures which the frame will be build to.

The front end will use a single swing arm design abit like the rear end of a normal bike

The interface from steel tube to swing arm Pivot points will be via these steel bushes made on a lathe.

They will be held in a fixture and frame tubes brought up to them.

If that makes sence ..
