I can sympathies regarding the back pain. Ive got two prolapsed in my Pelvis and in May I lifted an item badly and was off work for three months, mostly on Morphine pills and liquid form and a few nights here and there in Hospital with injections. You never appreciate your health till its gone, thankfully Im mobile again.
I'm here because Im not all there!!
