Re: Rob & Stu's 69 Sport Satellite

Well done twins for not giving up, but, must be very disappointing for the service you received at Koffel's. Anyway onwards and upwards, now to enjoy that motor. Chris

Re: Trans pan sealing advice

Just re-done mine due to leaking after using sealant. New Fel-pro gasket, clean both surfaces and de-grease, no sealer and tighten to 150 inch pounds with cheapo torque wrench from ebay - no leaks, results a good un.
As been said, check dipstick tube o-ring.

Re: what are you doing while at home?

Not a lot Mopar wise, Satellite is stuck in the unit 30 miles away and being 70+ can't retrieve it. However, porting some 906 heads for the fun of it and trying to get my VW beetle back together after 30+ years when I took it offroad for welding, shaving door handles, trim and lowering + convertible...

Good old UTG,gotta love that guy. However, that's scuppered any dreams I had of a Gen 3 swap even if I could afford it being a poor pensioner lol

Re: Pension Advice Needed

Hi Matt,
A friend swears by St. James's Place Pensions www.sjp.co.uk
My pension policy with Standard Life ended up 1/4 of estimate after 20 years, so, be careful and hope you can take care of your son's future.
All the best Chris

Re: And so it begins! 318 Poly to 360 LA Swap

Hi, take a look at the Chrysler Power webstore https://cpwebstore.com/Poly for some very nice and pricey parts for the poly .
Obviously, one for the post corona period, if anybody's got any cash left.
