That red 68 Charger R/T was mine for a couple of years, previously owned by Dennis Wheatly who I bought the car from. Very quick when I had it with a Sylvia Hauser 440 from her blue 68 Charger. I loved that car sooooooooo much. 11, 000 original miles on the clock when I had it, even used the car as a daily driver in the summer. 11.3 sec at its best on the 1/4 mile. Those were the days, now painted black and owned by Alan Rush.

Blimey Tony, you have some memory (I know you would know your own car though). Who would have thought that was Alan's car. :)

Blimey, I knew Tony used to own it but I didn't realise it was the one Dennis Wheatley used to race. In that case then, here it is in the '70's...

can,t see that it ever ran a 11.3 then, that is very respectable times even now, lots off ally head b bodies runnin no where near that never mind in a charger, and its a hell off a lot faster than you have managed alan with the same mtr, i can not think off a single charger that quick,, B1 brians charger is a hauser mtr and the car weighs 2950 best 11.42 proof positive is what i would need :D :D
