Hello all im new to this forum. Just thought i would put up some pictures of my old toys to show im not a complete numpty and dont have a 1.2 corsa. Some of you many have seen these cars or meet me at shows. I live in germany now just south of hanover if i can help anyone out with a sofa for the night or a intercontinental oil charger just shout.




Bought an old rusty mini when i was 13 for 200 pound that was a year of paper rounds striped it down in a week took me 5 year to put it back together 1.4 turbo engine 110ish hp Yes its silly pimp my ride but when i was 17 it was soooo cool.

Hi Jon it was a old kawasaki 1000 eninge with hi cams and big carbs.
Should have done 11 at pod just kepted wheeling and pulling right off the line. And could never get a good hook up. Fitted a air quick shifter and Twisted the frame in the end.

Ps guted i didnt get that 68 off you :cry:

Yeah mini did attach a few lady but not the sort you would take home to meet your mum.

no never did finish that crap pri looking back it would have twisted straight off the line. oohhh the silly things you do when your young.

so what was the history on the 440.727 that you used did you sell it with the capri. did you sell the capri or scrap it etc

engine and trans was out a jensen.
I sold both on ebay motor is in a yellow road runner in dorset and capri went north to have its inner wings welded back in :?

So,the Jensen 440 and trans that I have,that was also in a failed Capri project must be another one,not yours. Bought off ebay,delivered complete with the centre console and chassis plate from the Jensen :lol:
