Oil liters can be got locally, helps if you know cross reference numbers. I absolutley swear by USAutomotive (01234 273155), they are very helpful, and usually have the parts in stock, in which case you will receive it the next day.
I recently ordered a brake booster and master cylinder from them (Year One didnt have any), which came from the states. I wasnt too optimistic about receiving it, eight days later a huge parcel arrives, and it is the parts I ordered - brilliant.
Parts I have ordered from them recently from stock are wheel studs (r/h and l/h), wheel cylinders, air filter, spark plugs etc and all arrived next day.
