Dealing with Year One

Post by DaveScrivener »

I have just had an order with Year One and I must highly recomend them to anyone on the board who hasn't used them before.
I had some trouble getting the checkout system to work but through e-mails we got it all sorted. The service was helpful and friendly troughout.
The best bit is that I ordered the parts on Thursday and got them on Monday morning all well packaged and complete.

If you ring them on the phone shipping is not a problem, and they can sometimes be helpful with whats going on with items that arn't in stock, too ... just wish they'd do weatherstripping for L bodies :D

Hope it all goes well Tony
I'll feel guilty now if there is a problem, however they were very friendly and efficent so I don't think there will be any trouble

Year one are good. The only thing I don't like about them is that they insist on calling Sir

Spent a LOT of dosh with Y1 over the last year (got quite freindly with one of the receptionists now  ). No worries there whatsoever. I find the best time to ring is about 9pm. Yes, you do have to hang on listening to an answer phone, but ordering is easy and the packaging and delivery is spot on.

Would recommend them every time.
