Winter Wheels

Post by Steve »

As I use my car through the Winter, I decided to put together a set of Winter wheels to run instead of my 500s. Pleased with the rears, fronts always look a bit small as they are 14" but I like the look for a change. Got a set of plain dogdishes on the way from over the pond which should be landing any day now and should finish them off nicely. Its my first foray into non original territory.....scary!!

cheers Steve :thumbright:

Great looking wheels Steve 8-) ......any pics of the whole car from the side?

Edit: Just thinking..................Bit late now but i think it would of looked stunning if you'd have had the wheels painted body colour.......Add Center caps and =P~ (Chrome and Cream heaven)

Maybe an Idea for next year! :thumbright:

Steve........I recon Cream wheels with the caps on will make this car look stunning......and would give it a different look completely to the 500's or black.

Only issue would be it would probably want redline wheels instead of white letters to complete the look! :D ;)

I love that look you have described Dave....the cream with redlines. Think if I had the funds I would get some 15" wheels and do exactly that.... :thumbright:

My dog dishes arrived a few days ago and I stuck them on today.....pleased with the look as a bit of a change and to save the 500s for summer.

I havent go a whole car pic with the cap on as she is tucked up in my rented lockup but got a couple of her with just the plain steels and tyres. Needs 15" wheels really but I cant afford to do anything more now till next year....would be boring if it came easy eh!!
