What an awesome piece of engineering Mark, every inch of space is packed full of performance.

I noticed, the little dink in the headers for the steering...it wouldn't be a Mopar without it!

I can't wait to see this baby run.

Should get car home in a couple of weeks, but need to sort move out, sort garage or plan new garage

I have not been giving out numbers or predictions. I find it just raises expectations & all the other sheet that goes with it.

I wont lie I expect to be quicker than before, then again, my old combo should of been better than it was

Although this time, I will probably step up to race fuel at the track, as opposed to sticking to Shell Optimax or similar

Very wise Mark....get the motor dyno'ed if you can, get the weight with you in it, tyre size/gearing etc. and it'll give you an idea of what its capable of...you can dial it in gradually.....what the tracks like on the day?...well
By the way, will you be running a Computer MSD ignition or similar?

Hi Les,
I can only dyno the motor without the Turbos, so may not bother. John Sleath has a rolling road, which I have used before & may consider again.

I will get Cuda weighed again, I generally run a 33" tyres, gears are 3:54

FYI - Cuda weight with Blower set up

Total Weight: 2,482 Lb's
Rear Weight: 1164 Lb's

Corner Weights
Front: 611 Lb's - 705 Lb's
Rear: 651 Lb's - 513 Lb's

14-71 & manifold are bloody heavy, but I haven't weighed them yet.
I know turbos are 57 LB's each, with weight savings & additional weights I expect to be almost a wash.

Things like A/W Intercooler/ice box were purposely put towards the back of the car to help with weight distribution.

All timing, fuel is controlled by BigStuff3 ECU. Currently plan is to revert back to Belt drive dizzy, but have also considered Coil on Plug.

I will see how things pan out, as house move has been a hit on finances

Still waiting to hear about planning permission for new garage, so using the old garage as an interim. Not perfect, but never the less, I have been working on the Cuda the last couple of weeks since I moved.

One thing I do notice the difference is how cold this garage is, felt like I was working in Siberia yesterday.

Front end all stripped, motor out on engine stand. All bits safely tucked away in my office.

Intercooler pipe work, flatted back, masked up in readiness for Powder coating, few other bits now ready for plating, anodising, etc.

Done a few other Mickey Mouse jobs completed on front end, Intercooler Ice box plumbing,etc.

Currently stripping out the 2nd fuel supply, as switching to 1 x Mech pump, verses the 2 Elec pumps I had previously.

Next step will be to sort out the wiring (I hate wiring) paint front chassis, put motor together. I will probably wait for new garage till painting.

Met a Mopar neighbour today (Phil) only a quick chat, lives about 5 mins away

Is it a big garage Mark, cos we still have a few chain suspended gas small workshop/warehouse heaters, keep it nice and warm, spesh if you wanna paint some time soon, gimme a ring if you consider doing anything like that, still got plenty of old stock

No current garage is a regular sized double, new garage should be almost 11m x 8 m.
