A bit of dashboard restoration:
My original wood trim was rather sad, so i ordered up some new ones. Expensive isn't the word.
anyway, for those who know, they are an overlay over the top of the stock dash. Problem is the stock dash has the printed chrome which remains visible.
Cue the recent thread on the subject. Which suggested Alcad paints.
So resprayed the necessaary parts in this. Pretty convincing, though the photos dont really do it justice.

!sr=t one is dash cluster. Stripped and overlays fitted to gauges. Looks like scratches on the lens, but not visable without the flash from the camera
