That is a bit tight for a driveway. I wouldn't bother painting the car if I were you.

And exit stage right!

Fair play though, that is some precision driving.

... & fitted my new Thrush Mufflers ( )

Ivor-
Remember you were concerned i should have a brace of some sort across the front of the 4-link mounts? Now i know where my exhaust and prop sit i can do that.
Have a look at pics 3 & 4 please mate, does that look like it'll do the job?
What's anyone else think?

I can't see an axle locator in the photos, is this to be fitted later, or I should say it must be fitted.

The axle locator is to stop the side forces on the axle, the rod ends in the 4 Bar are set up for rotational & forward/aft forces.

The axle locator needs to mount to the chassis & the axle case and needs to be able to pivot, to follow the Arc of the axle (up & down movement)

There are numerous methods you can use, such as sliding link, watts linkage, track locator, etc, etc,

With regard to the brace shown in pics 3&4, how much clearance between the brace & prop ?

Me personally, I am never a lover of exhausts that exit to the rear tyre, purely for the fact if something catastrophic goes wrong the motor. It's being dumped on to the rear tyres, to give you the added interesting ride to your woes .....

I'm not criticising, as I think your doing a great job
