I hit half the roof with De-ox for an hour or so, then drenched it in Por 15 for another hour. This thing ain't gonna rust for about 150 years

Diverted off the repairs for a day and started on the rust-killing.

Been tackling the drivers door the last couple of days. I poked at a pinhole in the bottom rear corner and a hole opened up! Good thing I'm poking my Dremel into ever speck of rust on the whole car!!

I'd masked it ready to primer then decided to hit the sill at the same time.
My patch-making, welding & leading are definitely improving, this is all good practice for the rear arches

Cheers Will!
Got another panel finished
Learnt a lesson in spraygun hygiene- The primer was coming in spurts (no sniggering!) for the 1st coat.
I stripped the gun, poured out the primer into a jug and put it back in the pot through a sieve. The next coat went on smooth as anything!
