Thieving scumbags
Woke up at 1am to see an intruder in the back garden and another one on the garage roof. They legged it when I spooked them with my Maglite. They were trying to break into the garage where the Dodge lives. Doesn't bear thinking about the consequences if I hadn't heard them. Police said there have been a spate of burglaries since the "travellers" set up on some waste land in town.
I'm installing extra security lights and a garage alarm, and a nasty surprise which I won't go into here. Anyone got any ideas for slow and painful deaths for them? Nipper (Mark) excluded.
Another sleepless night beckons...

I used to leave an angle grinder on a steel sheet at the end of the bench. The wire was rubbed through, touching the steel and always switched on as I left the workshop.Just have to remember it for yourself.LOL

Sorry to hear this
Loads of this round Dunstable
at least 5 attempted near my house in the last few weeks
seem to be after the easy job- in through patio doors or windows for phones , ipods etc and if keys are left downstairs - they take the car
I have had the front and patio doors uprated
also for your garage and garden etc- I found some security lights which not only come on when someone is sneaking about but also buzz inside the house to alert you-
oh - and get a big loud dog !

Sharp bamboo canes dipped in dog poo in your garden with tripping hazards close to them. A couple of plants around them to make out their being suppored by them. When they try & break into your garage at night hopefully they will trip & fall on them & have a very slow painful death due to the infection caused by the dog poo.

Reminds me of the time, when I was a young kid living in S.Africa. Had some intruders on the farm, where we lived.Adam wrote:Police said there have been a spate of burglaries since the "travellers" set up on some waste land in town.

Policeman warned my Dad in his rage, that before he starts trying to shoot some one, its imperative he fires a warning shot.....

But don't worry about which order....

I know I might have written in a jovial sense, but thats the truth
